VIV Europe 2003

Stand at VIV Europe 2003 at Utrecht, The Netherlands.

TS took part in Viv Europe in October 2003. This exhibition is a biennial event for innovative animal production and processing and is supported by more than 750 national and international suppliers and poultry husbandry sectors. The exhibition was held in Utrecht, the Netherlands, and TS proudly sported their new exhibition banners and posters, showing off Table Mountain as our landmark for foreign visitors.

The exhibition was hampered slightly due to an outbreak of avian influenza in Europe shortly before the show and many large companies such as Big Dutchman withdrew from the poultry section as a result of this. Although the exhibition was not as well attended as perhaps in prior years, the event was used as a good opportunity to build on relations with existing customers and to communicate information to new and potential customers. Some business gained from the show include several orders from various clients which are being followed up.
